Artificial Intelligence: The Emerging Field
Artificial Intelligence has become an important aspect of the technology. Nowadays, there are many technology sectors, industries, and humans rely on the technology of artificial intelligence. The artificial intelligence entered the technology sector in 1970s with a symbolic approach. The artificial intelligence is a copy of a human mind, which is stored on a computer chip. Artificial Intelligence uses programs or a set of instructions to accomplish a task. Set of instructions are stored in the form of ones and zeros, and it has capacity of recognizing speeches and touch. It is heavily used as a problem-solving mechanism and used in mega industries. Artificial Intelligence and cyber security both are related to each other. It requires internet to keep the artificial intelligence working and updated, and when internet is used, cyber security plays a vital role.
Artificial Intelligence is now more reliable for many sectors to get the required work done. Artificial intelligence can work as guided by the computer program. During the operation of artificial intelligence, the associated risk factor is greater. Artificial intelligence requires all the senses, solutions, and examples to be programmed in the system. Therefore, when taking about cyber security, it is tough to have the stuff programmed which have not taken place in the real life. Nonetheless, it can be able to have the cyber essentials on a computer chip to give protection to systems and prevent future attacks. If a cyber professional can develop their skills in the form of programming, it could create many more artificial cyber intelligences. They can work without the rest (Soni, 2018).
The risk will always be there in cyber security about improvement of systems, vulnerabilities solutions, and preventing risks. Therefore, when we talk about artificial intelligence, the system needs to know about the risks as well. If system could not be able to handle the risks, it will not be worth it to have artificial intelligence. Nonetheless, the artificial intelligence on the cyber security is in the right direction, and it is gradually helping cyber officials.
