Why Cyber Victims Do Not Report?

                Cyber victims are the ones that have been a target of a hacker. Victims could be an individual, or it could be a large group. There are many forms of cyber-attacks that a hacker can use to exploit. Cyber victims could be exploited for different reasons. Most of the times when an individual would not report when they become a cyber victim. Victims may blame themselves and think what they have done wrong and gave the access to an unauthorized individual. Sometimes, it may be out the reputation of an individual, so it may bring an obstacle in their way. If someone has become a cyber bullying victim, most victims would not report because it may have any activities involved in it which they would like to keep it personal. When they are less attacks reported, it will be tough for cyber defenders to protect them. As well cyber defenders may not be able to have a solutions if they are not aware of attacks. Therefore, it would be better to share with appropriate cyber officials if you become a cyber victim, so the future attacks can be prevented.
