It was really fun to have my translation of Marie Nimier’s poignant play Another Year, Another Christmas open first in Columbus Ohio…
Then open three weeks later with a different cast, different director and different city, New York! My first play with Haberdasher Theater Co was an old teleplay of my father’s Lost which we adapted to the stage. It premiered at the Looking Glass Theater in 2009 in NYC
This was one of the most challenging translations I have done but also the most exhilarating to see my words leap from page to stage
