During my internship at Chesapeake Care Clinic, I assist with patient documentation and data collection, including recording patients\u2019 ethnicity, need for a translator, and health history such as hypertension, diabetes, depression, and tobacco use. For female patients within specific age ranges, I also track whether they have received a mammogram in 2025. The staff at the clinic are knowledgeable, welcoming, and very supportive, which makes learning and contributing to patient care a positive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
