About Me

Hello! My name is Emma Rawls and I am currently a sophomore at Old Dominion University. I am majoring in Psychology and one day hope to be a therapist for victims of trauma and abuse. I am taking this Social Psychology course for two reasons; I need it for my major and I have always been very interested in the social side of psychology. I personally struggle with social anxiety, so I am hoping that the more I can learn about social psychology, the easier it may be for me to live life. I am interested in many fields of psychology including, but not limited to, the psychology of adolescence, the psychology of drugs and behavior, the psychology of human behavior, the psychology of criminal behavior, and the psychology of mood and personality disorders. I am looking forward to this semester and what it may entail.
