As Gen Z generation were so accustomed to snap chatting, recording or getting some type of photographic imagery some people don&#8217;t understand what they may be doing. The cause of doing these things on social media that there company may not allow is all considered workplace deviance people do and don&#8217;t notice online shopping during work hours and staying clocked in on digital report for break are all examples. Another example my job doesn&#8217;t allow cell phones in building due to data storage things of that nature so any pictures or photography isn&#8217;t allowed.
