                                                                   WORKPLACE DEVIANCE

           BLUF: Cyber tech has created a way for employees to slack off and potentially leak information at

the workplace.

          Cyber technology makes it way easier for people to mess around or break rules at work. With

computers and the internet, people can waste time on social media, leak company info, or even steal data

without getting caught. Working from home also means people aren’t watched as closely, so some feel like

they can get away with more stuff. Basically, tech gives people more freedom, but also more ways to

break the rules.

         In the end, new tech makes it easier for people to mess around or break rules at work. Companies

need to set clear rules and pay attention to keep things on track.
