I am a junior at Old Dominion University and am majoring in Psychology and minoring in Management. I am studying to be in Human Resources and thought Cross-Cultural Psychology would help me understand the people of different cultures I may be working with in my career. In general having more understanding of people and things that are different from ourselves is a valuable thing. Growing up as a Preacher’s child, I went on many mission trips in my life. I started off very young going to Native American reservations bringing food and clothes and have had a trip almost every year until covid hit. In fact I was a day way from leaving Chile for a Dental clinic when the U.S. shut down was announced. Aside from Mission trips I enjoy going to concerts, cooking, and being with friends and family.<\/p>\n
