He holds a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Florida.<\/p>\n<p>His research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior and human resource management. More specifically, Dr. Klinger&#8217;s research examines the individual-level and group-level predictors of organizational criteria such as job satisfaction, job performance, and career success.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, his research explores how organizations are best served capitalizing on this knowledge when making important human resource decisions.<\/p>\n<p>This research has been published in journal outlets including the <em>Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, <\/em>and <em> Social and Personality Psychology Compass. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Klinger currently teaches three courses for the MBA program in the Strome College of Business: MBA695 &#8211; Emotional Intelligence; MGMT605 &#8211; Leadership Dynamics; MGMT612 &#8211; Managing in Contemporary Organizations. He also teaches courses at the undergraduate level in Organizational Behavior (MGMT330) and Contemporary Business (BUSN110).<\/p>\n<p><b><i><span style=\"font-size: large\">Research
