In this section, I will be using the discussion board post two where describe personal space. Another discussion post I will use will be post one where we talk about social media and why is it important. These were one of the best ones the class did it was nice seeing different opinions from other people.
With these discussion posts, some of them felt personal most of us answered the post with a personal story or opinion. They were able to help me understand my classmates more and was able to relate to them. The topic on personal space when dealing with a greeting from another country was an interesting conversation to have. It did help me learn different things about country greeting traditions from other people. In the second discussion board post the class did research on social media of a Hispanic country and gave our own opinion on the use of social media. It was interesting to learn because a part of me thought everyone around the world uses Facebook. It turned out to be the least popular social media sites like Twitter, Linkden, or skype. The only difficulty was looking up the information in the Spanish search engine for the social media assignment. I was able to narrow down a little by condensing what I wanted to find. What I took from the assignments is that I want to learn more about different perspectives in what other Hispanic countries see in us.
