In this section, I will use examples from lingro learning to show off my reading comprehension. I used two articles talking about sports from different countries and how to maintain a healthy body. I was able to understand these assignment readings more because they were relatable to talk about.

It still follows the same guidelines as interpretive listening because I still need to comprehend the information I am obtaining. I could only know certain words in the sentences which were vocabulary. I believe the challenging part about reading in Spanish is that I feel like practicing writing it first might help. For me how I learn and understand is by writing before reading which I need to do that skill more if I am going to understand what is being said in the text. I found these articles more relatable to the topic because most of the time people tend to talk about health and sports or hobbies people have. It was interesting learning from the readings because they did highlight a lot of the topics we would talk with our classmates about. It was cool to read about sports and see which one was popular in certain countries and why some had a passion for it. With health, there were many different ways and how people believe to maintain and stay active for their body. The readings did help me with reading because I read the passages out loud and it increased my understanding of the passage.
