Name<\/strong>:\u00a0Ronnel Rigonan<\/p>\n\n\n\n Age<\/strong>:\u00a034<\/p>\n\n\n\n Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Ronnel graduated from Bonita Vista High School in 2006. In high school, Ronnel was part of the marching band and varsity lacrosse team. He enjoyed being vice president of the break dancing club and went to many competitions. Outside of high school, he was part of the Body Arts Dance Company, and travelled the United States for ballroom competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After high school, Ronnel intended to go to the local university and pursue a Bachelors of Science, Computer Engineering degree, but was hired instead at South Bay YMCA as a Youth Leader I, teaching teenagers and elementary school kids computer programming. He was then hired by Geek Squad and lead the in-store team to be the #1 repair center in the San Diego area. After becoming an in-home and business Geek Squad Agent, Ronnel began working for ESET North America – an antivirus and cyber security company. Ronnel started as an L1 tech support agent for small, medium, and enterprise business customers. At the moment, Ronnel is currently a L3 escalation agent, only working on the most difficult cases and works with the development team to improve products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2018, Ronnel’s love for video games also drew him closer to his future wife, where they met on the Critically Acclaimed MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV where you can play through the entirety of A Realm Reborn and the award-winning Heavensward expansion up to level 60 for FREE with no restrictions on playtime. He moved from San Diego, CA to Fredericksburg, VA in August 2019 to be with her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, Ronnel went back to school to fulfill his lifelong dream of earning a bachelors degree. Ronnel registered for Germanna Community College and started to pursue a degree in Cybersecurity. After earning his Associates of Applied Science, Cybersecurity in 2022, Ronnel transferred to Old Dominion University where he is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science, Cybersecurity, while still working full-time at ESET North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ronnel also has many hobbies, and tries to engage in them with his limited time.
