Human Resources: Provides guidelines on hiring people that are most qualified for their jobs and keeping them safe in the workplace.

I love the idea of keeping my fellow employees safe and comfortable in their workplace and encouraging safe and fair management skills to my managers and bosses. I know human resource workers get a lot of slack for being unreliable and strict, but I would want to work to be an ally for workers rather than an enemy.

Victim Advocacy: Someone who provides resources, support, and protection for victims of abuse or trauma 

I have seen how important a support system for anyone who has dealt with abuse or trauma, so I would want to be a crucial part of providing that to those people. It is an incredibly difficult field to work in mentally, but I would bear those burdens if it means helping people heal and get back to normal life.

Financial Manager: A manager who oversees a company’s financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, and investments

I think managing a company’s finances is one of the most important parts of maintaining a growing and successful business. I am capable of multitasking and handling finances so I believe this job could be manageable in the future
