Generational Practice
I believe these bug bounty policies are great not only for companies but as opportunities for young agents. They allow young people to gain experience in the field and get a little bit of money without a full internship. This looks good for a resume and you could even be hired by the same company for future jobs. It is a mutualism symbiotic style relationship. Both parties benefit highly from each interaction they have. This also creates a positive perspective for hacking. Hackers aren’t all bad and it is good to promote ethical hacking so that people know the difference. This positive light generates more hungry young intelligent kids to want experience in technology. These kids will be more eager to learn the do’s and don’ts of cyberspace. This overall produces a new generation of tight security and inspires safe practices.
