When playing video games I can forget to eat or drink. It also affects my sleep. I usually go to bed very late at night and end up only getting a few hours of sleep before work. This, however, does not make me feel any different when on the job.<br \/><br \/>Safety: I fear for my safety online everyday. I don\u2019t worry about a lot of things but I am cautious. I also make sure that I am not doing anything on social media that would keep me from getting a job. I don\u2019t post anything online and never will.<br \/><br \/>Love and belonging: From 2020 through 2023 I suffered from high anxiety. I couldn\u2019t talk to people without fearing the interaction would somehow go bad. All I did during these years was play video games with my two friends and never left the house. I later got a job in 2024 and people spoke to me everyday. They are older people and they didn\u2019t make me feel nervous like people my age would. I can talk to anyone now without being scared of what to say.<br \/><br \/>Esteem: Social media had definitely lowered my self esteem at one point. I thought it was cool to hate myself or talk down on myself but it wasn\u2019t. Everyone made it seem cool but it was just feeding into negativity. I have since changed my way of thinking and I can take pride in who I am and who I want to be.<br \/><br \/>Self-actualization: The internet has actually made me want more for myself. I see a lot of methods for making money and I try not to get blinded. I always try to learn new skills so that I can get money and be happy about how I&#8217;m making it.
