English 110C requires the completion of 3 “high-stakes” formal writing assignments. These assignments differ from instructor to instructor but will have a combined minimum of 3000 words. The three high-stakes assignments I completed were a literacy narrative telling the story of my writing journey, a student success project in which I reviewed an on-campus service provided for students, and a rhetorical analysis, where I analyzed the effectiveness and appeals of two opposing arguments.
