Mental Health

Mental health is a very important part of one’s overall well-being, influences how we think, how you feel, our actions, and interact with the world and people around us. It affects every aspect of our lives, from our relationships (both platonic and romantic), our education, to how we handle stress and making our daily decisions. Prioritizing mental health isn’t just about responding to challenges that we face in life, but it’s also about fostering resilience, self-awareness, and emotional balance. Everyone should prioritize their mental health similar to how they prioritize their physical.

Young adults face unique pressures that can range from our studies, the demands our jobs have, taking care of others, etc. and juggling all of these responsibilities can be a lot and very stressful. While also seeing others life’s through social media comparing your life to others and it having a big influence on you. While digital platforms can connect us to new people, inspire creativity, and provide support in ways we have never experienced before. They also cause frequent issues of anxiety, comparison, depression, and cyberbullying. Recognizing these challenges and finding balance is very important.
