How does cyber technology impact interactions between offenders and victims?

A lot of times these days crimes are not just committed physically. With the advent of the internet and technology which has grown at a considerable pace in the last few years, a lot of crimes are committed online.  These cybercrimes can occur through tablets, pcs, and even smartphones.  An example of this would be a hacker.  There are a lot of “cybercriminals” who commit malicious acts online.  These types of crimes are easy too can come from all different parts of the world. Examples of crimes would include financial crimes, cyber bullying, and inserting viruses and malwares on computers.   Financial Crimes would include stealing date (i.e credit card info.  Cybercriminals think a lot of times that is a victimless crime.  The victims a lot of times can cause a lot a financial hardship and it can take time to rebuild their financial status.  Cyber bullying is another crime that takes a huge toll on the victims.  It can be as simple as sending harassing texts to the intended victim.  This type of crime can take huge emotional toll on the victim.  Installing malware on computer is another what those cyber criminals do.  The victim in this case a lot of times are often businesses that can have a loss of revenue or must shut down their systems due to this malware attack.  The more activities that people do online leave them vulnerable to become victims to these cyber criminals.  These criminals set no boundaries or limits to the crimes that they are willing to commit.  These leaves us the victims of these crimes to need to arm ourselves with the knowledge to help prevent some of these crimes from happening.
