If it was my establishment, I would make
technology as simple as possible for the employees so I could allocate more to equipment.
I would make sure I get professional people to teach others how things need to be done, which
would call for me to give them more money than the people who need help since they are since
doing more work. Then I would prioritize cyber technologies protection because even the
smallest opening in the system could bring down the whole grid so that would be where I would
put in the most money. The main reason why I see giving more into technology than employees is
that even people with lots of training can still make mistakes and errors even if we prepare
them for it, which is why the primary focus is strengthening our security in case of an incident.

Conclusion
In Conclusion, through our most recent reading and points of view of contributions human makes to
cyber threats I was able to get a better understanding of what my overall answers in this activity should
be. Though it could seem very unfair to the employees it’s the honest truth that no matter the amount
of training that is given to somebody they can still make mistakes. Considering that it should be key
that you should have a strong defense to cover for the weak spots of the establishment. This especially
goes for situations like phishing attacks that could very easily trick an employee to click on it and release a deadly virus that can be detected unless there is the protection the prevent it.

Name: Sean WilliamsDate: 4/2/23 BLUFWhen it comes down to balancing technology and training is a very important topic.
