My name is Skyler Seawright and I am Sophomore at Old Dominion University. I am currently studying theater performance and criminal justice with a minor in international studies. This career choice was developed since I was a kid and I have always had the same drive for it. Since I was a kid I have always liked to be in front of the camera making people laugh and I believed that if I had become an actor I would be able to do that to. when people ask me why I want to act i tell them because I am a very indecisive person. With acting I do not have to just have one job I get to have any and as many jobs that I want. The reason I am studying criminal justice is because getting into acting is a risky business and I believed in back ups, and law enforcement is something else I have always wanted to do since I was kid. This semester in English I have learned about how to really solidify an argument. I also have gotten a better understanding on appeals and fallacies.
