Women’s Rights in 3rd World Countries

The issue I will be address in this proposal is the Forced marriages and pregnancy of young girls in 3rd world countries. Sexusal assualt as well as marragie age laws for women and children in these countries have been aloud for many years to were it has become a normal. To the point were other countries see it and just turn away. This is something that occurs so much that even though people know its not okay they still do nothing. Women and young girls are facing terrible treat to where they are only being born to create children until they cant anymore. This is an important issue because we aren’t helping these girl have a fair fight in the world they don’t have the chance to become doctors, singers, lawyers, athletes, actresses let alone dream of what they could have. The point is they don’t get to be kids they are taught from a young age that they are here to marry and have children as soon as they are fertile which is a violation of human rights(Roudi-Fahimi). To fight this issue we must pressure these counties to change their laws and be willing to to allow assistance from more developed countries to step in and help. Allowing countries to help with education and future of these women but to also help the women that are already claimed as property in these marriages.
