My internship was completed with Captivize LLC, where I worked with AI-driven automation systems, workflow troubleshooting, documentation, and technical support. Through this experience, I was able to connect cybersecurity concepts from the classroom to real business operations, especially in areas like system reliability, validation, automation, and risk-aware decision-making. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are my reflection papers and final paper, which document my growth throughout the internship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reflection Paper 1: First 50 Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This reflection covers the first 50 hours of my internship with Captivize LLC. In the beginning of the internship, I focused on learning the company\u2019s AI-driven workflows, reviewing internal tools, and understanding how cybersecurity connects to automation, troubleshooting, and system reliability. At this point, I had gained more confidence working with AI-driven automation systems and thinking critically about validation, logging, workflow design, and technical decision-making. It explains why I chose the internship, the management environment, my major duties, how cybersecurity skills were applied, how ODU prepared me, and how the internship fulfilled my learning objectives.
