Owning a company is not something that’s all rainbows and sunshine. You might see a company doing very well for themselves and you might think they have always been that successful but every business has a starting point. and most of the time that starting point is no employees or no type of cyber security for their business. If you ask me I think the cyber part of a business will always be the most important part and for a number of reasons. I think technology and cybersecurity reasons are the most important because you have the best of both worlds. You can easily get the computer to train your employees. A lot of multi-million dollar companies do this, for example when I started working at dollar tree I had to spend 4 hours on a computer just listening to what I have to do. If you have this there is no need to spend money on personal training your employees. According to cyber security ventures, 60 percent of small companies go out of business within 6 months of falling victim to a data breach or cyber attack. In the article given to me, it states that some data breaches are intentional and disgruntled employees can wreak havoc with an organization’s company so honestly having no employees could be your best option until you actually have to start having employees. But if your cyber and technology security is already set up before you start hiring and training employees you can kind of not worry about an employee doing a cyber attack or data breach. If it was me I would 100 percent budget my money into making sure my company’s cyber security is great before I budget my money into hiring and training employees that I possibly don’t need or don’t need at the time.
