Cyber technology has created easier access for workplace deviance to take place a co-worker could easily spread rumors or talk bad about a co-worker via email and remain completely anonymous. Employees can do a lot of harm when it comes to workplace deviance they can do things liken corrupt the company’s computers and expose certain things about a company that could totally bring the company down. There are plenty of more possibilities that workplace deviance could take place especially when it comes to cyber technology.
