There were 9 questions for this scale. I answered yes to preoccupation(1), persistence(4), and escape(8). I answered no to tolerance(2), withdrawal(3), displacement(5), problems,(6) deception(7), and conflict(9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I think that the items on the scale were straight forward about the use of social media. I think that different patterns are found around the world because people use social media for different reasons. Some individuals get paid to create content, which is also considered as entertainment.
