My decision to evaluate the Life Center was because of my experience with my field observation. My evaluation question was centered around what service meets the communities needs the least. My focus was to shine a light on where they can do better in reaching the needs of the LGBT community.

After my observations and interviews I found that their Transgender Marker Program was being served the least. Lack of funding prevents them from meeting this need, I recommended a Transgender appreciation day on their support calendar once a month to help service this need.
