I am studying Mechanical Engineering Technology. I chose Old Dominion University for this degree because I needed a school that had both a good program and an online option. I am excited about studying more about the field of engineering.<\/p>\n
I am actually interested in Civil Engineering as well. I believe that fluid mechanics will help me apply both Mechanical and Civil properties to the projects I will work on in my career. I hope to be able to learn more about the systems within the larger systems of buildings and networks.<\/p>\n
Fluid mechanics will hopefully help me to be able to speak knowledgeably with the various individuals tasked with different jobs within a project. I do not necessarily anticipate focusing on the fluid mechanics side of the profession, but I will be able to apply what I know to my interactions with the engineers in charge of those aspects of projects.<\/p>\n
