Greetings everyone! My name is Kayla Massenburg, a current undergraduate student at Old Dominion University majoring in International Studies with a minor is Human Services. As I pursue my degree in international studies, I plan on furthering my career and becoming a translator while focusing on human services to help people meet their individual needs. As I have studied foreign languages for the past seven years, my passion for Spanish developed as I attended the governor’s school located in my hometown Richmond, Va. In my portfolio, I will be showcasing the skills we have developed in Spanish 312W from grammatical skills to fluency by practicing reading continuously. It shows the progress as a student I have made and showcases some of the work I have completed. As I plan to continue speaking Spanish within my professional setting, this portfolio will allow me to revisit concepts and strengthen my knowledge and foundation.

Thank you to everyone viewing my E-Portfolio for my class Spanish 312W.Spanish 312 encompasses the ability of the student to understand and use grammatical skills as well as being able to write ideas while focusing on presented topics. Throughout the semester, with many corrections, Spanish 312 has broaden my personal horizons to follow guidelines while also putting my creative spin on the content. This portfolio not only highlights progress I have made throughout the semester but allows me to use my creative mind to relate to relate to Spanish culture.
