One strategy that worked well for me was studying a little bit each day instead of waiting until right before tests. I also used vocabulary flashcards, which really helped me remember new words. Something that shifted my perspective was learning about different Spanish-speaking cultures, because it made me realize the language is more than just grammar. One thing that left a positive impression on me was noticing how Spanish, English, and Arabic  sometimes share similar or even the same words, which made learning new vocabulary feel easier and more interesting.
