I am a driven, motivated, and passionate person. To me, the sky is the limit, and once I’ve got a goal in my mind, nothing can hold me back. I have big dreams, and I plan to achieve them all. Every skill I learn I see as a tool to help me find and fulfill my purpose.
I have found no greater joy than serving others. Nothing compares to the feeling of knowing you have made a difference in a person’s day, week, month, or, if you’re lucky enough, their life!
I love serving and helping in all sorts of ways.
I love working with youth. Children are our future, and I delight in giving my time and energy to helping this next generation to be the best that they can be and find their way in the world. Every year for the past decade I have volunteered as a camp counselor for 8-12 year old girls at the same camp that I grew up going to. It is always my favorite time of the year, and the accomplishment I am most proud of.
I also help out with community and college theatre wherever I can. Theatre is my passion and intended career, so I do as much as possible. Theatre has always been very special to me; it is the place I always felt like I belonged. I have never felt out of place on the stage, I have never felt judged in a room full of actors. The stage is the one place I have always felt free to be apologetically me, and it matters so much to me because I know that so many others feel the same way. Theatre gives people voices and opportunities that they might not otherwise be able to find beyond those doors and love helping to create what makes those moments possible. I hope to make an impact in the theatre community with my creations and contributions to the art.
