Significant Projects
OADS URL Classifier
- Since May 2025, I have been working on a research project in the field of computer science. My goal is to write a classifier for OADS URLs for use in database analysis. In addition, there is a URL crawler that will index URLs in the OADS database for link rot to see which particular fields need remediation. The first phase is expected to last until February 2026, and will ultimately become my thesis project.
Software Engineering Agile Method Project
- In addition, from September to December 2025, I led an agile development team for a university computer science project in developing a classifier for Association of Computing Machinery documents. Here, I wrote a Software Requirement Specification and designed a Trello board for organizing progress. Furthermore, I helped my other team members in managing the Github repository and automating continuous integration. American Junior Academy of Science Project
- In 2022, my project, Amazon Elastic Search for Ruby on Rails, earned a lifetime fellowship for the American Junior Academy of Science (AJAS). The goal of this project was to create a free and easily accessible database search engine for small businesses. Currently, the project has over 4,000 downloads on RubyGems.org.
