This made the experience more personal because I was able to learn about his career while also reflecting on my own recovery process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this interview, I learned that sports physical therapy is about more than just treating injuries. Glenn emphasized how important communication, patience, and consistency are when working with athletes. Every recovery is different, and building trust with athletes is a huge part of helping them return to play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project helped me understand how important relationships and communication are in the sports industry.
