This job is 24/7 so it is good for people that do not have a family or that is just starting off in the cybersecurity field. Cybersecurity analysts are the first responders, and they monitor networks. They work anywhere from the government to corporate America. Some social behaviors that stem from this job are verbal communication, listening, non-verbal communication, and empathy. You have to have tough skin in this field because if you mess up it is all on you and everyone will know. The salary of this job starts at 100k+, and you only need a year of experience. Networking is key for this job title so you must have the skills to make and keep friends. Someone who works as a cybersecurity analyst is essentially the first line of defense when it comes to monitoring a network, as well as defending it. While the job of a cybersecurity analyst is very technical, there are also social aspects associated with the job title. Since a cybersecurity analyst is an entry-level job, you must tailor your resume and market yourself properly if you want the opportunity. A cybersecurity analyst must fully comprehend the company hardware, software, and networks as well as understand the people who use the company networks.
