The subject I decided to dive into was a tongue-in-cheek &#8220;Four Reasons to Change Careers in Your 40s&#8221;.  Being somewhat personally involved in the process, I thought it could also be relevant to my cohort and anyone trying to make that change. There are hundreds of templates from which to choose and I chose the template function.  I may go back and try the &#8220;Try in Beta Editor&#8221; feature later.  Once I chose my template, I found there are hundreds of decorative items, such as shapes, illustrations and icons, and more that you can add to customize your infographic.  I do wish the search feature was a little less tricky to use; I couldn&#8217;t figure out how to search for anything other than shapes and icons.  Perhaps going a little more in-depth and spending more time diving into the designer would help.   After I completed (I thought) my infographic, I downloaded it to my laptop.  After I looked at the download, I noticed something I wanted to change.  I went back in to fix it, downloaded it again, and realized that I only get two (2) downloads before having to upgrade to get more. The next time I go into the editor to tweak any elements, I will have to just save it and share it, or face a necessary upgrade to download it again at the bargain price of $228. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I struggled to find concise information on how to cite a source within an infographic, so I looked at some of the other templates that I found and decided to directly link the source of my information.  Also, please find a reference at the bottom of this page.<br><br>I did find Piktograph super fun to use, and even mentioned to myself that I could probably make a lot of time disappear just playing around with it.  I could see other design-minded people (and students!) feeling the same way.  This would be another creative tool in the student arsenal to help create more interesting presentations and even posters.  The possibilities are endless!
