Privacy and confidentiality consists of how information in stored, keeping information to eyes of people who have the need to know and the business use of that information. Personal information is usually viewed by many personnel and the highest confidentiality must be upheld.

Security Breaches are so common these days that the possibility of information being stolen during a security breach is an extremely high possibility. The chance of a security breach impacts the possibility of patient information, personal information or business secrets to be stolen, which can impact all parties involved.
