The T3-CIDERS project is pleased to announce the first session of the \u201cT3-CIDERS Seminar Series<\/strong>\u201d! Our first seminar will host Dr. Daoce Wang<\/a> from the University of Nebraska Omaha, who will present a talk on scalable data systems and high-performance computing (HPC). This seminar will be conducted virtually via Zoom and is open to the general public. Registration is required.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Title: Data Reduction for HPC Systems<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong> As data continues to grow across scientific computing, artificial intelligence, and cyber-physical systems, efficient data management and analysis have become essential challenges. In this talk, Dr. Wang will discuss approaches to scientific data reduction, high-performance analytics, and visualization, and how these techniques enable emerging applications in cybersecurity and AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Speaker:<\/strong> Dr. Daoce Wang is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at University of Nebraska at Omaha. His research interests encompass the areas of HPC, scientific data management and analytics, scientific data compression and visualization, and high-performance machine learning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
