I am currently an active student-athlete for the Old Dominion Football team, I’m a redshirt sophomore and I’ve been here for about four and a half semesters. However, I have yet to have a partnership with a community organization, but I have been able to establish a small leadership role on my team, due to the fact that I am a college football veteran so I have experienced many things freshmen are going to experience being that I was in their shoes once. I believe that these team experiences will help me with my career in the future because I know the values of teamwork, effort, and leadership. I will be able to apply these skills to whatever workplace or organization I end up working for.
