It was identified in this module that human beings have a psychological disorder that refrains them from looking at the environment in a systematic way, which is called change blindness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Good ideas, therefore, need to be implemented in a structured manner both in bearing in mind trends in the environment as well as the structure and activities necessary to implement your idea<\/p><cite>Strome Entrepreneurial Center <\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The three main concepts to focus on when planning are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>External Environment<\/li><li>Mission and Vision<\/li><li>Internal Organization (planning)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Will This Help Me <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I plan to use these guidelines when working on my project in order to make my innovation as realistic and successful as I can.
