Since I am a Communications major with a Human Services minor, all of my classes are benefitted from this Spanish class. I would say that my Human Services Methods is the most benefitted class though. In Human Services, practitioners or professional helpers, are supposed to be helpful with their clients. Not every client will have the same background or speak the same language. Spanish is the second most spoken language in the United States, so being able to speak and understand Spanish will be a great use for my Spanish-speaking clients. Another class that is greatly benefitted from Spanish 202, is Human Services: Diversity Issues. Diversity Issues deals with working with a diverse array of people. Of course, knowing Spanish will be great for my future clients, if I decide to go into the Human Services field.
