These roles set a clear vision and strategy that will move the organization in the direction planned.I like to consider IT the back bone of an organization and helps it run smooth. The IT department touches every single department by making sure people have the tools they need to successfully complete their job each day.Without IT, day to day operations would be severely be impacted and maybe even come to a stop. With my experience in working in the IT department, we were broken up into to smaller teams. We were like puzzle pieces. We had a Cyber Team, Helpdesk, System Admin, and Network. Each day we would huddle in the morning and share information with each other to stay informed. We were like a well oiled machine.
