One of the readings made a very good point about how there is too much data being shared and created and it’s just not enough to protect it all even if we could. I do believe humans should oversee things like this but to an extent because as the reading also said this is a “zero-trust” world and it’s like you never really know who you are employing until you hire them. The other article talks about how human psychology is a major weapon for cybercriminals. It ensures success because you can manipulate someone in to getting what you want. So, then it’s like maybe humans don’t need a factor in cybersecurity but if you are smart then you could always outsmart them but that’s not always the case. I also would limit the amount of technology I have in my organization. The employees have access to what they need access to and then the CEO and a few managers have access to all the real deal important information. I obviously would have to trust those few people but if something was to ever happen within the organization, I would know the people to contact because they would be the only ones knowing the information. The article had a good point about technology becoming more advance because that leaves us humans not being as up to date with the way the technology works. Also informed us that technology isn’t the reason why we get so many threats, it’s mainly due to an increased use of hybrid scams. Cyber criminals tend to focus on the psychological aspect so they can get into your head while scamming you in a way.

I would honestly just not train as many people or just make them sign certain contracts that lets them know there will be consequences if they ever did something to hurt the company’s data.
