We should approach the development of cyber-policy and infrastructure with caution and care especially because we still are learning what it is and how we can develop it to be the best use to us. Just like any interaction online, we should be aware and careful of anything that seems off or false about something. Cyber-policy is a regulation of digital data exchange and storage, which includes anything on the Internet. Since pretty much anything on the Internet is unrestricted and able to damage our networks, we should be careful when using them. As to the development of infrastructure, it is essential that it is built slowly and carefully because a mistake can be very costly just like when it comes to the development of cyber-policy. Infrastructure refers to the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities needed for the operation of a society or enterprise. If these were to be tampered with and messed up, the results could be harmful to people. To reduce the risk of making a mistake and harm, we should use what resources we have to our advantage and use them wisely. For instance, we should use certain places that data is kept in online for only information that we need and not share the location with other sources that are not trusted. We should also use these resources that we already have and develop them (safely and carefully) into bigger resources that we can use to accelerate the pace in which we develop cyber-policy and infrastructure. Again, cyber-policy and infrastructure are essential for using things online and they should be taken seriously and with caution. If the Internet were to suddenly leak out stored information that is important to people and other businesses, the results could be bad and money and time could be lost.
