The best way to approach the development of cyber policy and infrastructure is by creating it slowly to see how people react to the policy and see what they do with it. The goal is to create a policy that ensures that people are able to freely use computer systems and technology as they wish in a safe environment, but there needs to be policy laying down the rules for what can and what can not be done and what will not be allowed. The new policy will also lay down the new updates and rules that come with those updates. Creating an infrastructure will also need to be based on what people have liked in the past, and new things or changes that they want to make the system more efficient. Using predictive knowledge of past behavior of people will help be able to tell what policies will work and what will not. We can look back at cybercrimes that have been committed in the past, see how they executed the crime, and learn to predict what vulnerabilities criminals will use and take advantage of to commit a crime or harass people. By going back and viewing how people reacted to old policies we can see what there is to keep and what needs to be changed or removed completely in order to create a new infrastructure that people can easily use, enjoy using, and keeps people and their information safe. The policy will also reflect what companies or businesses want to see with new and updated programs to continue the ensured safety of their programs, or if they have new ideas or things that they want done they can suggest that those changes be made and put in the new policy. As I said at the beginning, we should approach the policy slowly in order to see how people react to it and try to predict future actions of people.
