It includes seven Work Role Categories, 52 Work Roles, and over 2,200 Task, Knowledge, and Skill (TKS) statements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If I were to focus my career on areas within the NICE Framework, I would be most interested in Oversight and Governance and Incident Response. These areas appeal to me because they involve strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving during critical situations, which are both intellectually stimulating and impactful. On the other hand, areas like Awareness and Training and Acquisition would appeal to me the least.
