Review the following ten photos through a human-centered cybersecurity framework. Create a meme for your favorite three, explaining what is going on in the individual’s or individuals’ mind(s).

The ability to work at one’s own pace is crucial for development and growth. This relates to Human-centric cybersecurity because this approach recognizes that humans play a critical role in an organization’s security posture and aims to develop strategies and practices that align with humans needs, motivations, and capabilities. Humans need time and they need opportunities to work in various locations. Studying in a different environment can help broaden a person’s horizon and can also motivate them. For example, if I study at a vacation home, it motivates me to want to put more focus and effort into my assignments because if I do well, I can apply what I have learned into my future career. Then hopefully one day I can be rewarded enough to have my own vacation home.

Collaboration is an essential part of the success of an organization. Bringing together with many different skills sets is paramount to the success of any of projects. Not everyone is well versed in all aspects of Cybersecurity, so it is important for the all-different fields to conjoin and work together to tackle any obstacle. More specifically, collaboration is crucial to policy development. When multiple people bring their ideas, efforts, and experiences together to pave the way for everyone else; so much can be achieved.

This could not be truer than being in the cybersecurity field. Finding a work-life balance is prevalent. To be able to work in an environment that suits your personal needs best is the best way to move forward. Flexibility and independence in the field inspires creativity and out-of-the-box type thinking that will push forward innovation.
