I want to demonstrate my reasoning for being so invested in sport psychology because anybody can say the right things at certain moments, but to demonstrate a passion to want to help people is an entirely different story. YouTube gives me the best social media platform to build my persona and inspire others who view my videos. By having my own YouTube channel, it allows me to express my opinions freely and monitor how many views and likes that I get. Not only can I arrange a playlist series of videos on my page, but I can also create videos to make it more of a personal connection with the audience when I post them. I plan on creating personal videos as time goes on for my course, but for now I want my origin to be clear on why I became interested in sport psychology and that begins by watching my playlist saved videos. My playlist has videos starting with discussing the importance behind the sport psychology profession, then is followed by recent sport examples of why we need more workers in this field of profession. There have been more noticeable mental health battles with athletes lately and those stories need to be shared to fully understand my passion behind sport psychology. These players have so much life left, and it is important that we help these players reach a life after professional sports. Now that I have my social media page developed with a playlist in order to view, I can share my likes and comments with the viewers and receive some of their opinions on the situation as well.
