It reinforced my commitment to a career that combines technical expertise with a strong ethical foundation, recognizing the significance of public trust and policy in effective cybersecurity.

During my Entrepreneurship in Cybersecurity course, I developed critical research skills and a deeper understanding of the interdisciplinary nature of cybersecurity. Writing my career paper allowed me to examine government cybersecurity through a social science lens, which required a mix of analytical skills and empathy to consider public trust and ethical standards. This experience reinforced my commitment to public accountability and transparency in cybersecurity, aligning with my professional goal of protecting national security in a way that respects individual privacy and societal values.
