the learning goal of university 159 should be to improve on the areas of writing that students struggle with. i would like to have us go over formal vs. informal writing. I’ve also had trouble differentiating between the both of them. if university 150 focused mainly on areas like this, id has much more meaningful experience in this class. not get me wrong, I understand that this class is focussed on helping students with their writing problems, but the way it’s gone about could be improved.
