We are in a time where technology constantly evolves, which makes it feel like we are always in the beginning stages of innovation. Because of this constant evolution, rules and policies will likely need continuous updates to keep up with modernization. I also believe that decisions made years ago can create unforeseen consequences that may not appear until much later, which supports Jonas\u2019s argument that we cannot fully predict the long-term effects of technology. For example, social media was originally created to connect people, but over time it has also raised concerns about privacy, misinformation, and mental health. This shows how technology can create benefits while also producing consequences that were not fully understood at the time of its creation.
