Each level connects to my experiences with technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1<strong>.Physiological Needs<\/strong>: These are vital for survival, like food and water. Technology helps by providing access to information, such as weather forecasts and health advice. Health apps track diet, exercise, and sleep to promote wellness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.  <strong>Safety Needs<\/strong>: This includes personal security and job stability. Cybersecurity tools like antivirus software protect personal data, while smart home devices, like cameras and alarms, enhance safety at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3<strong>. Love and Belongingness Needs<\/strong>: Emotional connections are crucial. Social media platforms help maintain relationships, and communication apps like WhatsApp and Zoom foster a sense of community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Esteem Needs<\/strong>: These relate to self-respect and recognition. Professional networking sites like LinkedIn enhance one\u2019s career identity, while gamified apps provide badges that boost self-esteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Self-Actualization Needs<\/strong>: At the top level, individuals seek personal growth.
